Job Description

The successful applicant will be part of the Apex Fund Administration service offering, performing, and providing Fund Administration services to Real Estate funds. The individual will maintain client relationships; take responsibility for coordination of NAV calculation, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, new business take-on and due diligence requirements of the company. The individual will also manage the coordination of regulatory reporting, audit preparation, review and timely delivery of reports.

Skills Required

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurized environment
  • At least 10+ years relevant experience in real estate Fund administration role
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of accounting standards i.e. IFRS/UK/LUX/US GAAP
  • Professional accounting qualification

Qualifications Required

  • Accounting degree
  • Experience in presenting financial data to clients
